Progress and data

Will my progress move to a new phone?

No. The apps have no accounts and nothing is stored on our servers, so your progress lives only on the device it was made on. Moving to a new phone, or deleting and reinstalling an app, starts you fresh.

A full device backup — iCloud on iOS, or Google One on Android — restores app data along with everything else, so transferring a backup to a new phone usually carries your progress with it.

How do I reset my progress?

Delete the app and reinstall it. Because everything is stored on your device, this clears all progress, scores and settings for that app. It cannot be undone, and purchases are not affected — see restoring a purchase below.

Do you collect any of my data?

No. The apps collect nothing, contain no analytics or tracking, and never send your activity anywhere. Full detail is in the privacy policy.

Purchases and subscriptions

How do I restore a purchase?

Purchases are tied to the Apple ID or Google account that made them, not to any account with us. Sign in with that same account, open the app and use its restore option. Nothing needs to be bought again.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so they are cancelled there rather than by us — deleting the app does not cancel one.

  • iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions
  • Android: Play Store → your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by the store that took the payment, not by us: reportaproblem.apple.com for Apple, or Google Play’s refund request for Android. If a refund is refused and you think the app is at fault, email us and we will help where we can.

Getting help

How do I report a bug?

Email info@meridianflux.org. The more of this you can include, the faster it gets fixed:

  • Which app, and its version number
  • Your device and OS version, for example iPhone 14 on iOS 18
  • What you did, what happened, and what you expected instead
  • A screenshot or screen recording, if the problem is visible

I think a question or answer is wrong

Please tell us. Send the app name and the question itself — a screenshot is ideal — along with why you think it is wrong, and a source if you have one. Reports are checked against the current exam objectives and corrected in the next update.

Can you help me with the exam itself?

We cannot offer tutoring, or advise on eligibility, scheduling or results. Those belong to the body that administers the exam. What we can fix is anything wrong with the app.
