Privacy policy

The short version: the Meridian Flux apps do not collect your data. Everything you do in them stays on your device. There are no accounts, no tracking, and no analytics.

This policy covers the apps published by Meridian Flux LLC — Meridian Prep, Texas Life & Health Exam Prep and Terra Blast — and this website.

What the apps collect

Nothing. The apps do not collect, transmit or store personal information. There is no sign-up, no login, and no user account.

Your progress, scores, answers and settings are saved locally on your device so the apps work offline and remember where you left off. That information never leaves your device and is not visible to us. If you delete an app, that data is deleted with it.

Purchases

Where an app offers a purchase or subscription, the transaction is handled entirely by Apple or Google. Payment is made to them, not to us, and we never see or receive your card details, billing address or any other payment information.

Apple and Google give us sales and subscription reports covering totals, countries and refunds. These are aggregated figures and do not identify individual customers.

Their handling of your data is governed by their own policies: Apple’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

The apps contain no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising and no third-party tracking software. Apart from the app stores handling purchases as described above, no third party receives data from the apps.

Apple and Google may collect their own diagnostic and usage data at the operating-system level, independently of us. You can review and change what is shared in your device’s privacy settings.

This website

meridianflux.org is a set of static pages served by Cloudflare. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Cloudflare processes standard server request data, such as IP address and browser type, to serve the site and protect it from abuse, as described in Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the request in order to serve them.

Children

The apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Because nothing is collected, no child’s data is gathered, stored or shared.

Your rights

Privacy laws including the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights to access, correct, delete or export the personal data a company holds about you. We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to retrieve, amend or erase. The data the apps create stays on your device, under your control, and is removed when you delete the app.

We do not sell or share personal information, because we do not collect any.

Changes to this policy

If an app ever starts collecting data, this policy will be updated before that version ships, and the date at the top will change. Material changes will also be noted in the app’s release notes.
